Rafael Lacava, conjuntamente con la Fundaci\u00f3n Para el Desarrollo del Deporte (Fundadeporte) ente que preside, Jhonny Del Corral, arrib\u00f3 este a\u00f1o a su tercera edici\u00f3n y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la doctora Ninoska Clocier, presidenta del Instituto Nacional del Deporte (IND).<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00abQuiero felicitarlos por este despliegue extraordinario que se est\u00e1 haciendo aqu\u00ed en Carabobo, donde se est\u00e1 disfrutando de cultura, deporte y recreaci\u00f3n, todo lo que es el ser integral y el vivir bien, para que toda Venezuela sea feliz, es la pol\u00edtica deportiva de nuestro presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro\u00bb, expres\u00f3 la m\u00e1xima autoridad del IND.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full radiante sol de la costa por cada una de las disciplinas que se est\u00e1n desarrollando en la tercera jornada del festival, Clocier disfrut\u00f3 de la exhibici\u00f3n de kitesurf, f\u00fatbol, tenis y voleibol de playa.<br \/>\n\u00abQuiero conocer al Gobernador del estado Carabobo por la extraordinaria labor que se est\u00e1 realizando en cada una de las \u00e1reas, es un Gobernador integral, le envi\u00f3 un mensaje fraterno y seguimos impulsando la pol\u00edtica deportiva del estado\u00bb, dijo Clocier quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por Jhonny del
